Not upset. Tattoos are great because, while they do not show everyone who are likely to take irrational, damaging and irresponsible actions, it certainly shows some people who will. Even spending your whole salary on vodka is less harmful, because as long as you stop, at least the damage is reversible. I'm expecting tattoo people to stab themselves once this becomes fashionable.

The older guy with the purple shirt has the best perspective of anyone. So many of these young people need to stop worrying about what everyone else thinks and live their own lives. How come, uncomfortable? These days, everybody knows you are not necessarily a violent criminal if you have tattoos, so there is no discomfort. However, it's a great giveaway. There is literally absolutely nothing rational about having a tattoo, and there are even health risks connected to, so a person having one just tells the whole world; 'I'm irrational and underinformed. You might want to consider that before hiring me, or even avoid me in your private life, because if I have lost money and risked my health to stigmatize myself like that, there is no telling what insanity may I bring.'

I think because historically the word “munshin” has a connotation of gang affiliation or someone dangerous. And then later came along westerners with “tattoos” as an expression of art rather than affiliation.
