Common MediaTek Feature Phone - Startup and Shutdown

A Cheap Chinese MediaTek Feature phone - SONiVOX as the default soundfont, and inability to connect to the modern web. Ugh, these are annoying. The package says that it can connect to Face Book (Facebook), Whats App (WhatsApp) and the Internet. NO! These are lies.
