I never been in Montenegro and I really enjoied your vlog! But I am a travel agent and I can confirm that One and Only resorts have the best amazing service, location and accomodation in the world!!!!! ♥ and the price is, of course, on the high level, but for who can affort it, is 100% reccomand! AMAZING!!!!!!

I get you, girl! Whenever something went wrong in life or work, my skin also reacts to that, which makes my anxiety worse. This is a vicious cycle that feeds itself. For me to fix the bad vibe starts with sleeping early and taking melatonin. this really helps.

Darling girl, I too am on holiday and finally got a late morning with a hge up of sweet foamy coffee while I enjoy your log. By far, this is one of my faves. I loved how the staff at the spa welcomed you, as if you were royalty! The whole trip looks amazing. You look cute in the bucket hats, but they do not give your face sun protection and some of what you are experiencing on your face look like the start of sun damage. Trust me, if will start showing up as we age and then you will wonder how you got it. Trust your auntie! Your boyfriend (maybe you can give him a nickname) seems like the most amazing human that you need in your life. Love you much!

Hi love, I had the same bumps on my skin a few weeks ago like you I rarely get spots but I found out it came from the new SPF i was using. Once I stopped a few days later it cleared up Xx

You are beautiful with or without a little bit a acne!
I know, I know. It sucks.
I have always taken amazing care of my face and yet I still have horrible hereditary acne.
I am especially uncomfortable with it as I feel people are thinking “does she even wash her face?” when they look at me.
Well yes, yes I do wash my face!🤪
For me, the strongest acne medication damaged me internally and topical products work minimally.
Because of my products I use to keep it minimally at bay I cannot wear foundation.
But honestly not being able to have face makeup has actually made me the most confident I have ever been with my face.
You like to have makeup free moments as you mentioned and you absolutely still can!
Haters will hate.
But the people who matter will see you as YOU!
Not as the spot on your cheek.
It has taken me a while to get to this point to say this!
I am not saying that your acne is never going to go away or anything, far for it! I think it will!
Just sharing to encourage you and others that acne happens to everyone no matter your skincare routine, exercise level, diet, age ect.
It is something to NOT tear yourself apart over.

Such a gorgeous place to stay , so glad you had a lovely time. My skin can break out in summer so I have to change my skin care to hydra based with using masks particularly. In winter I love cream cleanser and Sublimage and anything i want but not in summer. Gels , water based , spritzes. Hope you feel better ASAP. Take good care 💖 🏴🙏

Beautiful place looks really relaxing with good food and the seaside. I would say its as you said yourself that it is the stress that you gone through and are going through, I guess it will take sometime to get back to normal. I can give you a good tip and that's to get Paula's Choice 2%BHA liquid exfoliant and just put a drop on your finger were you got your spots. Sending love from Sweden
Montenegro is absolutely stunning!! Tamara your spots may be from the masks! Hopefully it’s simple as that because your spots are located in the areas where the mask is covering. The disposable masks were breaking me out too! So I switched to a fabric mask.
*edited* I wear my fabric mask underneath a surgical and that helped clearing the spots immensely!
But fabric masks does not offer protection against COVID though .. still best to use surgical masks

Acne as an adult i was desperate about. It is not dyed all the blue is blue tansy a powerful healer related to camomile but special to Morocco. Please try it it even can helps people with neurodermitis. It s pricy but so amazing
