I have the exact same thermostat, and I’ve been thinking to replace it with a smart one that I can control over the wifi, are you aware of any off the shelf smart thermostat on the market? Fan button + down button press both 3 second then display shows - 1. Then press ^ button then display shows - 2 . Then press on off 📴 button. Then display shows room temperature.
