Love this recipe! Last time I made, I did have an issue with the middle not cooking nearly as fast as the outer edges, is there anything that will help with that ?

the edges usually do cook faster...some people like the edges....but you can use "bake even wraps" on your pan to slow the edges down from cooking faster, I use them for cakes and made my own ...there's lots of DIY videos here on CZcams
