ORLANDO FLORIDA Vlog | DAY 1 | TRAVEL DAY | Virgin Atlantic & Aventura Resort | March 2024

Join myself as we head on a vacation and travel to Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida! After checking in for our flight at the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class Wing, in Heathrow Airport, we head to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse. The clubhouse is an amazing way to relax before your flight. We fly Virgin Atlantic Upper Class from London Heathrow and then check in to Universals Aventura Resort, once we arrive in Orlando Florida. After a brief rest, we take a wonder to the food court to pick up some snacks, our refillable mugs and some dinner before going to bed after a very long travel day!

Great vlog.
We'll be travelling Virgin upper for the first time in August. We'll also be on the A330 and was wondering something about the seats. In one shot it looked like the seat is lower than the head, could you tell me if the head rests of the seats go up, please. Also, it doesn't look very private, did you feel this?

Hello! the seat isn't as high as your head, and there is no head rest on the seat that goes up or down unfortunately. I will say though, the seats themselves are very comfortable so you don't really miss a head rest. As the suites are more dated, if you are sat in Row G or K, you won't have very much privacy as your suite will overlook suites opposite you. If you are sat in Row A however you won't have this issue. I will say though, despite their age, it's still a lovely experience to be sat in Upper Class and don't forget to get the crew to make your bed for you! Making use of the flatbed for a nap is wonderful.
Don't forget to make use of the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse if you're flying from Heathrow. It makes the airport journey that much more amazing. I'd also recommend pre ordering your main meals (unless you have special dietary required meals already ordered.) You can do this via preselect.virginatlantic.com, 7 days before your trip, up to 24 hours before departure I believe. This way you're guaranteed your meal choice. Good luck with the vlogging!
