These courts need to take this stuff more seriously. Its not a joke to be stalked and harassed. We see the same story over and over........ something HAS to change!!!!!😢😡
100% agreed Kristine. 👍 Longer prison sentences for anyone convicted of stalking/harassing for starters.
They don't care. They are protected. Crime is just something for you average taxpayers to deal with.
@@rationalbacon5872 Huh? Who’s protected? Judges? They don’t exactly have bodyguard details and crime is very much everyone’s problem. State and federal lawmakers are in charge of drafting and changing laws in this country, including minimum and maximum sentencing guidelines - not the courts. Why everyone has it out for the judicial system lately for simply following sentencing guidelines, I haven’t a clue.

Hi Harmin!! What a senseless loss. No one should have to beg in fear that they need protection. Victim's Rights has failed so many. I can vouch for this but prefer not to, as it's too emotionally painful. Thank you Harmin.

So glad to have you back with your vlogs! Missed you! This is such a sad story! Jenny was trying to live her life and helping kids. My grandson is autistic and I know how we need these special educators for kids like him. I can only imagine having to look over your shoulder everyday to see if this jerk was around. Police do nothing until the stalker attacks the victim in some way. Sad justice system we have these days! Take care Harmin!

Protection orders don't do anything. My daughter had one against an abusive ex and twice he violated it and he would get arrested and then get right out of jail. I was terrified for her we never knew where he was or what he was planning.

An order of protection can help a victim if said victim has to kill their haresser. They have proof that the person was stalking them and they were acting in self defense.
Actually that's a very good point! But in the grand scheme of things, it's still just a paper.
Or it adds another charge AFTER the stalker causes problems.

Terrible. Just awful that he would not leave this nice woman alone. Stalkers are very strange and are very dangerous to their victims. They won't take NO for an answer. RIP Jenny.

Other sites you should visit in the future are the place in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania where Selvin Mamerto Lopez-Mauricio was murdered, the places in the Tacoma mall where Dominick Maldonado shot at and held people hostage in back in 2005, the terminal building at Frankfurt Airport where the 2011 Frankfurt Airport shooting occurred, and the three churches which Immaculate Saint Mary Catholic Church along with Indonesia Christian Church and Surabaya Central Pentecost Church where the 2018 Surabaya bombings occurred. Your videos are interesting and informative. I also like how you show respect to the victims of the crimes that occurred at the sites you visit.

A view from the UK. We have the same problem here in the UK. You can obtain all the court pronouncements and paperwork you like but it will never stop these stalkers. Like, serial killers, paedophiles etc., they are hard wired to do this. In their case, even to be killed over it. It really is a medical condition but not taken seriously enough by the authorities. I think they view it as a low key crime. What a beautiful girl, sincere condolences to her family.
