Really nice build that you can make (although in a scuffed way) as soon as you can get to Megaton II rank since phoenix may or may not be the first boss you can take down.
I do have one question: how do you Dash Attack / Guard-break into Bazooka shot continuously without needing to reload?
I know Sns can combo a shot into any move, but I always end up firing once then having to reload the next time I try and chain it, while I can see you perform the combo seamlessly.
Answering my own post because I can.
The missing puzzle piece was Strike Bullet Recover, which is on the south-west side of Yamato's motherboard development map. Without it, the build does not work.
yeah strike bullet Recovery is a must.
What's the mb layout look like and are you just hitting boost then ranged, or are you boosting into guard break then ranged? thanks
Use both. In the air RushAtk>shot , On ground GuardBreak>shot.

Is it possible to do this build only with legendary 2 rarity weapons?
yeah I didn't upgrade or use that relic weapon. just equip for neural board only.

I don't remember but you can check in side quest many pilots unlock from there.

I have a vid for that bug already and with just iconic 2 gear. This build is just for gun and fire weakness other boss just there for compare the result.
