- Hello all! Once again, today I drive the Nissan Skyline GT-R R32. Fully built RB26 w/ Borg Warner Turbo. 750 HP, AEM Dash & ECU, Full Sequential Gearbox with Straight Cut Gears. It is my first time driving a Right Hand Drive Combined with Sequential Gearbox!

Interesting, why isn't it setup for no shift lift? was really the point of sequential gearbox's
Also try not to leave you're hand on the lever because their is a sensor in the head that is going off pressure, usually hover hand over it for next shift
I haven't set it up for no lift shift yet because they require some extra wiring that I haven't had time to get done yet, the car is still super fast without it

Man I want an R32GTR so bad. The prices are through the roof though. I remember around 2001, you could buy an R32GTR for £7000 here in ENgland. Since they became legal in america, and lots are being shipped there, the price has gone crazy here. Looking at around £40,000 now.
That’s how I felt about plain Honda S2K’s LOL All I want is an Ap1…..
When I bought this car, I bought it for about $32,000, but I've sent put $60-$80,000 into it to get it like this
@@the_r34_gtr If you can buy something for $30k in USA, you can pretty much guaranteed add 25% to that initial outlay here in the UK for most things.
But like I say, used to be able to pick an R33/32 GTR for less than £10k. Good that you guys got to legally import them but unfortunately that meant bad news for us in the UK lol.

AEM, it's one of the first modifications I did to the car when I bought it
The sequentials are now looking a bit oldschool compared to 8hp transmissions.

I still love my transmission in this car, though, it's a Cuisinart old-school, because every race car that does not use a H pattern, uses a sequential just like this
Bmw S55 or S65 DCT swap > sequential.
