HELLO Bhai. Rinku is from my hometown his story is inspirational. His father worked for 10k month as a LPG cylinder delivery guy. He was offered to wipe floors in a coaching center. He declined the job and kept on playing cricket. Before ipl everything was going downhill for him untill kkr picked him up in the auction. My boy deserves recognition. Because he's worked very hard to be where he is. Because here in my city there are no facilities available

Can't change the rule of Mankad until you change the rule of run-outs. It's a run out technically. The ball starts when the bowler starts his run-up, between that time and the time when the ball is dead (hits the boundary or batters complete running), if any player is outside the crease, he can be run out.
To change this rule you can say a ball starts when the ball leaves the bowler's hands, and using this change you'll have to change 100s of other rules which were depended on the run-out rule (ball starts during run-up). So, I think Mankad should be legal and even considered ethical because it's a run out technically.
I can never understand why mankad is wrong. ICC can make mankad illegal in one days and test matches but not in t20s where 1 run matters a lot. When a non striker takes a run up before ball hasn't been released by a bowler by a max angle of 90 degree then the non striker is technically stealing a run.
