    Well thought review. I like the fact that you based it on your own opinion instead basing the whole review on the controversy, like many did.

    Holy crap, thank you so much for talking about the actual game. Good video.

    Nice review. I was worried about the controversy but you clarified it to me.

    I agree with the comments below, thank you for providing an actual review, not a rant.

    Thanks for the review. Is it possible to disable that 'black & white while paused' option? Also, is it possible to remove those awful life bars over the characters?

    Permanent death should not be removed imo.

    Thank you, nice review. The entire trans or whatever issue everyone had with the game, I could care less about. People that were bitching about it, had their panties on to tight anyway. Anywho, excellent review, keep it up. RTR

      Matthew Elliott You "could care less"... So you do care?

    • @Mereinid

      It's a colloquial saying from where I currently reside and honestly, I could care less whether or not you understand my local vernacular. =P

      Michael Jepsen he speaks with little emotion to emphasize that this review is unbiased. This is how almost all credible reviewers speak; go watch an IGN review if you want someone who speaks "like a person."

    Tiny bit but might be useful - charname is short for character's name hence should be pronounced with "k" sound (as in chaos) and not "ch" (as in church).

    • @fredmax9796
      @fredmax9796 Před 7 lety +1

      You pronounce abbreviations as they are, not how they would sound if they were the full word. Charname is indeed pronounced with a CH(as in church).

    • @mikolajwitkowski8093
      @mikolajwitkowski8093 Před 7 lety

      Charname is not such an abbreviation, it retains a large part of its original word and should retain its pronunciation. Think about "chemo therapy", how do you say the initial sound? I bet you follow the original chemical instead of following church.

    • @fredmax9796
      @fredmax9796 Před 7 lety

      Actually it is technically an abbreviation. Go look it up I'll wait.

    • @mikolajwitkowski8093
      @mikolajwitkowski8093 Před 7 lety

      I love the internet... yes, it is literary an abbreviation, as this simply means a shorter form. But we have different abbreviations, and the are different rules of pronunciation. Your comment has nothing to do with that, if you feel the change of pronunciation is justified do provide me with another commonly used example where that happens.

      In the future, avoid correcting people on subjects you aren't sure of yourself.

  • @fredmax9796
    @fredmax9796 Před 7 lety +6

    Making fun of your core audience while having the opposition of said core do the writing? If you really don't see anything wrong with that then you are either extremely naive or you are being disingenuous.
    Good game or not, one(if not more) devs deliberately went out of their way to make fun of a large portion of people they expected to buy the game.

      @pablointer7840  Před 7 lety +6

      I don't think that's true.

    • @fredmax9796
      @fredmax9796 Před 7 lety +2

      It is, look up the interviews Amber Scott did with Kotaku and then the forum posts reaffirming said interview later.

      Nah.

    • @fredmax9796
      @fredmax9796 Před 7 lety

      Nah what? If you're not willing to take 5 minutes to look it up why bother saying anything at all? It just makes you look stupid and/or lazy.
