TBH I recognise her but haven’t really watched any of her work BUT I found her honesty, frankness and conversation very refreshing. She’s so right the content on TV today is sub standard and the reasons she gives for that are logical & spot on!

Grusha has managed to maintain a fresh image over the years that she's worked. She's right when she says, "Apne aap ko kam kharch karna." I remember watching a very early episode on CID where her character poisons her friend owing to an extra-marital affair with the friend's husband, and she played it really well. Many actors become stale, but Grusha is an exception.
I am the person admire only few personality, amongst them Grusha Kapoor is the one who looks like real from heart, she sounds real !

While Grusha ji has always been a great actress, it is unfortunately true that the medium of cinema/ TT is very appearance based. She is just 45 and has been playing a mother on screen for as long as I can remember. There's a general acceptance for a fact that Indian mothers are a bit overweight( which isn't the case at all, probably was a generation back) but Indian mothers on screen have to be rounded. Sad.

The last part indicated that such directors and actors are not ready to take responsibility for the impact they leave on young minds, here we are talking about impact of the movie on young teenagers who watched the movie not college going adults!! Sadly these actors/directors don't want to understand!!
