Even worse, if you own a business, and you buy products in bulk (chocolates, beer, sodas, etc.), in America you are legally unable to sell those products individually. You must instead sell them in bulk once again. So, there are less transactions, less purchases, less sales, and it is easier for the oligarchy to calculate whatever you make from resales. Selling food on the street is capitalism. Period. The laws against it are ones that are purely for and from the oligarchy because the US is ruled by an oligarchy. Even worse, if you own a business, and you buy products in bulk (chocolates, beer, sodas, etc.), in America you are legally unable to sell those products individually. You must instead sell them in bulk once again. So, there are less transactions, less purchases, less sales, and it is easier for the oligarchy to calculate whatever you make from resales. THIS is not capitalism. It is anti-capitalism. It is against the capitalism of farmer's markets.
My Project2025 would be Universal Healthcare for all as a human right. No one should be dying from lack of healthcare, food or housing in the richest country in human history.

One thing about the street vendors is real restaurants have to operate under health guidelines with things like somewhere to wash your hands but something like a hotdog stand won't have even that so the lines get blurred.
The vendors' stands that I eat at all provide a waxed paper wrap to hold sandwiches or tacos, etc.. Other menu choices on plates have plastic spoons and forks to eat with. Your example is pointless.

I called for the evacuation of Montgomery county Tennessee I called the Red Cross I talked to the police I talked to Greyhound buses I set my evacuation Tower and rang the evacuation bill because I knew for a fact that the fire chief is dead and whoever they hired to be the new fire chief isn't a fire chief when I called for OSHA and hazmat the criminal that showed up faded Justice before his brain fell into the medical waste bag and it sealed that he had stolen the answer key for both the OSHA and hazmat test I didn't steal an answer key and I didn't use a stolen answer key I passed my test and so when I try to evacuate them and they didn't evacuate it's because they were criminals the blue jeans were shutting off of them the same as the reactor when I went through the i-24 exit 1 McDonald's my chemotherapy burn my forehead there isn't anyone that should drive on i-24 I marched myself out to i-24 exit 11 and March to the park and ride I took the groom shuttle to Nashville BNA airport left as much chemotherapy and oncology at Nashville BNA airport as I could took a taxi to the Greyhound bus station in Nashville and evacuated to Chillicothe Ohio I only stayed in two hotels the quality inn at exit 11 and the quality inn here in Chillicothe after I finally received my SSI benefits at midnight on the 1st of the month I am exhausted I'm tired I have medical waste seeping from under my arms when I take a shower and so I have dry shampoo and dry soap and conditioner but even that I'm sleeping medical waste from under my arms when you're supposed to urinate or defecate medical waste my hair is still falling out and my head my scalp won't driver it won't drive and it won't go over or grow I'm at the homeless shelter now in Chillicothe Ohio I shouldn't have needed to have gone to a homeless shelter I should have been evacuated on a Greyhound bus to a hotel to be cared for but that isn't what has happened I won't ever say that I'm proud to serve with the United States Red Cross the American Red Cross ever again I won't ever say I'm proud to be the American Red Cross
