I’m single mom 42 my son is 17 and that is perfect house to build if I won the lottery I would build that on the ocean front property in Clearwater. That’s a perfect home for me.
One omission was a decent-sized pantry, especially in this day of storing essentials in case of a storm, pandemic or rationing. I’d probably prefer a third bedroom instead of an office or “club room.” Great video!
Not a fan of the interior brickwork, but easy to modify if you are building your home. Absolutely love this home, perfect for us empty nesters. Lots of room to "stay out of each other's way".
