J-Hope is Jungkook's bandmate from BTS. J Cole was his idol and muse and the reason he wanted to become a singer/rapper. David Stewart co-wrote and produced the Grammy nominated mega-hit "Dynamite" by BTS so he already has a relationship with Jung Kook.

Truly truly truly listen to JK singing LIVE. Watch him dance LIVE. BTS does not play. Does not lip sync. 100% energy all of the time. The vids are always stellar, but if you really want to be blown away by all of them watch what they can do live. Production value will never disappoint.

This song wasn't sampled from anyone, but I know a lot of people say the song reminds them of Justin Timberlake's Senorita. I'm a little emotional watching BTS related videos right now. We just received news that the 4 remaining members of BTS who haven't enlisted yet (including Jungkook) have begun the process of enlisting in the Korean military. 2025 can't came fast enough for all 7 members to be together again.

@@timothywest1183 More than likely it's going to be mid 2025 around their 12th anniversary. They would only serve longer than 18 months if any of them decide to pick a branch of service other than the army which I doubt they would do. Or if any of them are doing public service instead of active duty. I know some people mentioned RM having some issues with his eyes and he had a heart problem too. But I honestly think if he was doing public service he would've enlisted earlier than waiting to enlist with the maknae line.

Jeon Jungkook proved himself as a MAIN POP BOY, GIANT POP STAR this time fr. Through the entire 10 years career he never ONCE disappointed us, always has been excellent all his positions in the group as the main vocal, lead dancer, sub rapper and center. But SOLO JK is really something else. Even though fans and public in general always ALREADY had so much high expectations of him, he still somehow manages to come BEYONE that. Thank you so much for checking him out. His full album GOLDEN has 10 tracks, Standing Next To You and 3D is 2/3 of main tracks. The only left one is "SEVEN", that's the first official song to begin his solo works. And now is the FASTEST SONG TO HIT 1 BILLION IN THE HISTORY OF SPOTIFY. So if you loved JK and had time, pls check it out, he won't disappoint you. All 3 main tracks (and the whole album) have different vibes for anyone to choose, that's how diversity his music is.

I am a 67 yr old ARMY Grandma and live in a "House of ARMY' with daughter (42), Grandson (20), and 2 granddaughters ( 16 - 13). My husband is 69 and also a fan. We have all kinds of merch in our bedrooms, including mine, and I have some items in a cabinet in the LR.
Nope, this song didn't come from anyone else. It was written and presented to him. JK spends a lot of time making each video and song absolutely perfect. This is a solo project and is the last of the 7 members to have a solo project in 2022 or 2023. Their concerts sell out in less than 15 minutes all over the world. We call the time trying to purchase the tickets "The Hunger Games" and when you become ARMY (the fandom) you are "falling down the rabbit hole.

The three rappers; Suga, J Hope, and RM write and produce most of BTS' songs over their 10 year career. RM has the most credits in the Korean songwriters association. V has appeared in the K-Drama Hwarang.

JK is the whole package!!!!! The voice, the dancing, and the sexy. The song is styled like 2000's pop. Sounds like JT and Usher. But not sampled. Since you love the dancing, there is a live performance video that showcases the dancing and indeed some very famous dancers. They also film the dance practices.
JHope wrote the song for JCole. He got 32 bars. (That shows what kind of man JHope is, humble) So he better have done what he did. He got to write a song for his idol and then dance to it like he did when he was younger. You see, Jhope was just a dancer until he joined BTS and learned how to rap, and boy did he. He even shot the video on Cortlandt Alley where JCole's Simba was shot. He was thinking it through. Even dancing in the hood in Brooklyn and NYC, that was the birth place of Hip Hop. BRILLIANT!!!!

Totally agree it was a great collab- people were hating on Jack Harlows verse but personally think it was fire and they flowed well in this track. Update though. This was Jungkook bringing back 2000s nostalgia with everyone saying its very Justin Timberlake or Usher which is true and thats what JK (Jungkook was going for ). Well as of today he's released a remix of 3D with Justin Timberlake and it is fire !!! You gotta check it out. Also check out TOO MUCH by The Kid Laroi ft Jungkook and Central See - its really good! Oh and you definitely need to check out Seven its brilliant! It the fastest song to reach 1B streams on Spotify surpassing Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles and Justin Bieber

Being critical doesn't automatically = "hating on." Which is, sadly, why no one bothered to listen to the criticism of JH's verse. He sounds great, but fetishizing Asian women isn't so cool. That said... The alternate version and the JT remix are still 🔥🔥.

This is not the track from the album that's be certified as Platinium in the USA and Silver in the UK the song on his album that has that distinction is the SEVEN featuring Latto. with streams of over 1billion plus all the physical sales. This is the second highest streamed song the third which is catching as is 'Standing next to you' with over 111million streams.
The Men of BTS don't compete they'll colaborate and give space to artist they feature on any of their songs because they are humble artist's who want everyone to shine. He's already a Global Mega star he doesn't need to compete with anyone. Just like the rest of his band mates they are all Global Super Stars with no ego's who have been together for over 10years now. They are a group of solo artists that make up the Global Super Group BTS. Just look at all the records they've set and broken all the awards they've achieved as individual solo 'artist' and as a group. Their solo work is always Jungkook of BTS, J Hope of BTS ,V of BTS, Jin of BTS , Suga(aka Agust D) of BTS, RM of BTS, Jimin of BTS.
The fact that J Cole pops up only once in awhile and is very discerning about who he collabs with, only shows that he has a lot of respect for JHope. And J Cole is JHope's hero, so he wanted J Cole to take the time to say whatever he wished in the collab.

Thank u for loving JK , but you’re 100% mistaken, J hope is the dance leader of BTS , he used to be a street dancer and when he joined BTS he learned rapping and created his own rap style and he always swagging when he is rapping and that what makes him unique among the others and for the cole collaboration he was being humble and if you think the opposite you have to check “more” , arson , chicken noodle soup , the whole album “Jack in the box” and the Coachella stage for him and you’ll change your mind .. for the rest of the group check their solo album

Look music tunes are not like finger prints which could never have a duplicate. Though tunes run from one era to another and may sound similar but it doesn't mean it was sampled.

There was just a remix of this song released by Justin Timberlake and it is SO DAMN GOOD! There is also a remix of "Standing Next To You" by USHER coming in a couple days.
I don't think he sampled any specific song... it's just that the entire feel of the song and instrumentation is purposefully late 90's early 2000's so it feels familiar to a lot of us.

He worked with Western producers on this song, so I wouldn't know if there was a sample. This sound is like Justine Timberlake's Justified from 2002. I don't know if a sample was used. I would look for the credits or something.

You should checkout all the songs in his Golden album! He really brings out all the best thing about pop genre in my opinion. And if you are even more interested, you should check out all BTS members solo and their group albums too. I promised BTS definitely worth it. Of course you may not like all of their songs but I am sure you will find something because they always give their best in every music they release and it's always with purpose. Quality is definitely priority for them.
