I made this but my middle layer was thin I.e the pudding was not as it looks like in your video. I used exact quantities you mentioned with one alteration that I substituted for flour with maida. The taste was good but I felt a bit sad after seeing that your middle layer was thicker than the biscuit layer whereas mine wasn’t.
