I want to build one myself but i have no idea how big it should be or which shape it needs to work well.

Well, my tip is: make a front wing that has at least 600cm2 of surface. Mine has a surface of 530cm2 and is considered to be a race foil. Race foils are faster (less drag) but are very unstable. It's a bit frustrating when you're a beginner and can't manage to stay in the air for 2 seconds.
For the shape, it doesn't really matter... inspire yourself from other ones.

It's good to see woodglut have new instructions to save my money and energy to build it.
I guess the angel the rear wing is attached to the fuselage will be quit important. How to you find the correct angle?
I have an angle of about 4 degrees with the fuselage but this is pure intuition.

Do you also have profile templates ?
No, sorry, that was trial and error... I only marked the highest point of the profile (as you can see in the video) and from there, I sanded the piece down until it matched my expectations.
