thankyou Karma so on point, i suffer agoraphobia, determined to break that generational curse of narcissistic abuse it affects how i have relationships with others personal or intimate... been a huge and long experience, my sister passed away 5 yrs ago i buried her then went on a 3 yr journey lived in my van restricted contact with the world and greived my loss and other losses... she comes thru strong now and i feel her and i feel my other ancestors now too... i dont want my grandchildren to inherit this debilitating condition bcoz my generation did not heal their wounds and own their shite bcoz my parents generation definitely did not own any of their shite... its got to stop sumwea so i put my hand up and hav had to go it alone against the family narrative so im sort of an outcast for it... i only have the most high to depend on and get me thru it that sumtimes wen im at my lowest i start thinking NOT feeling did i do the wrong thing coz it can be very lonely and unsupportive in the world... and yup the spellwork is real 😔 thankyou karma much appreciated
