That was so lovely George, you work very well together. Don't laugh but what came to mind was the early non talkie films when the pianist accompanied the film. It's funny head scarves were all the fashion, even though I was young, 11 in 1963, I remember wearing one LOL. Like I said, you and Adelaide definitely caught the mood of the original wonderfully. My mother was a classical pianist. She was very talented. My grandmother was very hard on my mom. She pushed her too hard to exceed with her musical talent. My mom didn't enjoy playing when she was given no choice by my grandmother. My mother could have very well become a concert pianist, but unfortunately she began losing her passion for playing. She was studying under the same instructor as Liberace. Her passion came back, but by then she and my father were married, and having three children, she never pursued a career to become a concert pianist. She played so beautifully. I miss her so very much. She is 83 and has several health issues. I am afraid I may never be able to visit my mother before she passes away. Your videos are a connection that we have, as we both enjoy your playing so very much. So many pieces you play remind me of days gone by. She would play several of those pieces sitting at her Steinway in our living room.You are a blessing, Mr. Harliono. You have no idea how much your passion for playing means to me. My mother's passion for playing was what I admired the most. She would just close her eyes and get lost in the music. It was mesmerizing to watch her play, just as it is watching you play. I get lost in opera. Your sister's voice is angelic. My mother and I love the videos you share with her beautiful voice, combined with your passion while playing, I am moved to tears. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
