I hope our 452 live up to it,s hype, and does not suffer from problems encountered by owners of earlier models. They [Sunliner] should provide repair to any component within the van regardless of who made it. The buck should stop with them. Hopefully they have learnt from their mistakes. I take note that the defective door on earlier models has been replaced with an industry standard.
Hi Steve, we find your comments unclear. We are not aware of the problems you mentioned that have been experienced by previous Olantas owners. In Australia where the "buck stops" is clearly articulated within the Australian Consumer Act. If you would like to better understand how this is applied in terms of a motorhome we can certainly have your selling motorhome dealer explain it to you. Your comments about defective doors are concerning and untrue. Sunliner has used two entry doors in their motorhomes in recent years supplied by Camec and Dometic, both global companies who are major suppliers of components to the RV industry worldwide, neither of which have supplied us with "defective doors". We note that we are currently building your Motorhome and will be shipping it to your selling dealer in the coming weeks. Cheap plastic hinges on door, door felloff my mates sunliner motorhome and sunliner refused to fix it, had to fix it himself, buyer beware, sold it and bought a paradise motorhome, he has never looked back
