    That was a beautiful midfold Hunter, that's normally what I look for whenever I go hunting for Case knives

    Nice collection I just found an amazing worm groove red bone tadpole. Blade barely used just some pepper spotting on the blades. Should I try to clean it up more or leave as is and oil it. It’s become one of my favorites I looked up the stamp Case XX USA and it says was made from 40-64. I believe my mom and grandma found it at an estate sale for 5$. They’ve found me some really nice rare stuff over the years

    Man those are nice! That 76 elephant toe is actually wood, the only made bone elephant toes 1940-64 and on back
    The grandaddy barlow with the worm groove is not a defect, it adds value!
    And the 6 in the pattern number doesnt just mean bone, it means jigged handles, which include bone, wood, and delrin
    And the cheetah is a 6.5 bonestag cheetah, so its actually bone made to look like stag
    Just a couple tips! Hope it helps! Thats a amazing collection!

    It’s called a mid folding hunter. The greenish blue with the clip.

    That hawkbill is a 2015 (If I read the tang correctly, it's a bit difficult on the screen) peach-seed jig amber bone. Lovely collection! I need to get myself a roll or case for my knives....

    The white with pink shield are actually jigged synthetic. 6 in the pattern number stands for both bone and jigged synthetic. I wish case would have done better about separating the 2. Nice collection man. I love them felt folders. Im on my 3rd and its already half full. Love me some case knives

      They sure are handy. Keeps them from being scuffed too.

      @TheBackPorchAntiques yes sir. I even keep all original boxes. I have about 80 on top of my gun safe. 😂

    I just picked up a Case labeled wooden sharpening block with a norton sharpening stone glued on top and there is a neat little metal oil can in a recess on the top left side next to the Norton stone. Anyone ever seen one of these? Wish I could post a pic

    Are any of your case knives for sale and if so do you offer shipping to Texas

      I do sell most of them. However, most all of these have already been sold. Check us out on Facebook and we'll list new ones when we get them.

      You can get them on Amazon, but keep an eye out in ebay... there's potential to find a good deal there.

    What’s the name of your knife case? Where can I get one? Is that your favorite case/roll or do you like a different one more?

      We got ours off of eBay a while ago. It’s a pretty good one. There is a case on Amazon. Not sure how good it is, but they do let you return if you don’t like it. Here is the link to it: amzn.to/3ViNz5u

    WHY can't they simply put the year on? Wouldn't that just make more sense?

    • @BackPorchAntiques
      @BackPorchAntiques  Před 5 měsíci

      That would definitely make it easier. Once you do it long enough, however, you get the hang of it pretty easily.

    • @tenncutt
      @tenncutt Před 3 měsíci

      Too easy. Any jigged bonehead could do it then
