नासतो विद्यते भावो नाभावो विद्यते सत: |
उभयोरपि दृष्टोऽन्तस्त्वनयोस्तत्त्वदर्शिभि: || 16||
nāsato vidyate bhāvo nābhāvo vidyate sataḥ
ubhayorapi dṛiṣhṭo ’nta stvanayos tattva-darśhibhiḥ

This is the 3rd time I am listening this talk. This verse is having so much depth!!! And Swami Sarvapriyanandaji Maharaj explanation is mesmerizing!! I don't know if I reached down to that depth or not, but everytime I am understanding more clearly each time I listen to the talk.

You are not one or two, many of us are in the same boat. Only hope that we shall be blessed in due time.
My brother, sarvapriyananda is one of the Gurus that keep perpetuating previously discussed points for us to grasp. He uses everyday examples, and more importantly he is too deep. I guess your challenge is that you haven't been with similar teachings for a while and secondly, you trying too hard to become instead of creating in being (in that what you already is)
Start with the introductory class of Vedanta. Understand what is Vedanta, It consists of Upanishads, Gita, and Brahma sutras.
Read all or none. The simple takeaway will be everyone is a atman and not just a body or mind and that self or atman is none other than the Brahman itself. Or in short only Brahman or god is there in everything. We don't know this because we limit ourselves to be a body and mind.
All reading, reciting, doing karma, meditating, and all 4 paths make us realize the simple truth that there are no two. It's only one and it's Brahman.
you can realize once you understand Vedanta or by doing any of 4 yogas. The best is to follow all 4 yoga.
knowledge or gyan yoga is the shortcut of all.
Read mandukya Upanishad or asta vakra Gita or yoga Vasistha or Shankara shahitya, shankara also composed just one shloka and it sums the whole of Brahma gyan in one shloka.
You can find all above knowledge simplified and examplined by sravya priyanada in this channel.
Read all or none the truth is there is no two. Advaitam is everyone's last resort.

This class gives the feels of 'i think, therefore I am'. Only, the second part is where the difference lies. I think, therefore it is...sounds more aligned to what Sri shankaracharya is trying to teach....interesting. At another level, I think also gets broken down as, thinking is...but not without "I".....I am, therefore I think....??!!!!

Very enlightening. Never heard a talk on vedanta with such clarity before. One question Swamiji. What happens in deep sleep when there is no object and isness of object is there?
Yes.. waking, dream and deep sleep state has isness in it..
According to my knowledge ( may be faulty) the objects ( thoughts, emotions etc) are present in beej ( seed ) form even in deep sleep
Why? Because once we wake up they are back into appearance
