- Hello Dear Viewers,
Since 2019, we wanted to visit here and in 2023 we finally make it happen and witnessed the beauty of the first Village of India: #kaho . This is known as the easternmost of village of India also. We started our day from Namti village to Kobitho and then reached Kaho, its a small village of few homes with army camp. You can spots Chinese settlements and village from the ITBP observation post.
After Kaho we returned to Hayuliang by evening as we wanted to start for Anini circuit on next day.

I visited Hylong, Hawai,Walong, Kibitho, & Kaho Village, by tracking from Hylong in the year 1987 - 88.
That time the whole road was under construction.

Not before late night, say around 10 pm by your own car or bike, the road is under construction at many places.

That is the ‘Lohit’ River - a major tributary of Brahmaputra River. This river originates in Tibet under China and joins Brahmaputra river in Assam after flowing through Arunachal Pradesh.

It will be really freezing cold in December there.
Fully agree with the issue you mention on not allowing civilian due to some army program. They find some logic for disallowing civilians, this mindset should change. I faced similar thing in a area near Nako (Himachal), where I was taking a snap of a valley, which was absolutely empty, no people, human made structure.
Actually, I totally respect the Indian Army, but at times it is disheartening.

@@bhramanwithAshoke In the next few days means, it will be June and hope you kw that June is a extreme rainy season so the road conditions except Tawang circuit will be in bad conditions.
Plz be prepared for that, rest is absolutely ok.

Hi....
During May first week, it will be raining, which may cause some landslides, I did this circuit in Grand i10 sports, its ground clearance is very low... But I will suggest you to take some good ground clearance car. Road is in bad conditions in small patches,,, overall the road is good.

Hello..it is nice to hear that you are planning a trip to Arunachal but I must tell you that the time is not apt for the trip..since it has already started raining there.
If you still plan for it then you must keep some extra days in hand coz during this time landslides occurs & you don’t know for how much time you will be stuck.
Keep some food handy.
Hire a car. But If you want to self-drive then ground clearance of the car should be good & you must be a pro-driver who can drive in slush & rocky patches.
By the way where are you planning to go in Arunachal??

15-20 sal pehle atey toh koi restrictions nahi milta kahin bhi jao army wale binoculars de detey they china dekhne ko bas road conditions bohot jada burey they aur bas army wale aur kuch locals hi jatey they walong kibithoo ..ab toh restrictions hi restrictions as tourist are exploring this place more often .. transportation communication and electricity has developed at iits peak after 2014 without doubt in these areas ..
Yahan jo post hai wha se Biinoculors se abhi bhi dikhate hain infact poora detail me explain bhi karte hai but videography & photography allowed nahi hai. & yes roads are fabulous aur jaha anhi hai wha bn rhe hain.

Yes, an inner line permit is required to enter Arunachal Pradesh, you can apply online on e ilp website.
No car permission is needed.

अब आपके फेस पे तो लिखा नी है ना की आप नॉर्मल इंसान हो या कोई जासूस या कोई आतंकवादि इसीलिए कोई भी civiliens allowd नही होता उनकी भी सुरक्षा का सवाल है तो उन्हे करना पड़ेगा और कभी -कभी खुद आर्मी की फैमिली को allowd नही होता ऐसे मोको पर जाना आप तो civilen हो तो कैसे बताओ
आप शायद मेरी शिकायत को गलत दिशा में ले गए। मुझे वहां नही जाना था जहां आर्मी का प्रोग्राम चल रहा था। मुझे तो गांव में जाना था और प्रोग्राम गांव से पहले एक साइड में बने हेलीपैड पर हो रहा था लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने गांव में नही जाने दिया।
और दूसरी बात यह सब ज्ञान मेरे पास भी है की किसी पर कोई भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता है। मैने 4 साल आर्मी कैंट में ही बिताए है तो यह प्रोटोकोल मुझे पता है। लेकिन जब आप कई सौ किमी दूर कहीं जाओ और केवल कुछ मीटर्स की दूरी से आपको वापिस आना पड़े तो थोड़ा दुख होना लाजमी है। बस वहीं दुख में जाहिर किया है।
