    Would be helpful to have a link to a recipe that listed portions for ingredients of stuffing (amount of butter, sherry, ground Ritz, scallops, shrimp, etc.

    Tried this for mother’s day dinner. It came out great! Going to make it again this weekend. Thanks, Chief for the great video. 🙏I will have to try this restaurant I Except the food is fabulous.

    Followed the recipe to a T even adding the liver and Roe. I did increase the number of shrimp and scallops for three lobsters. Absolutely fantastic!!! I looked at quite a few recipes before settling on Stonehurst's. Possibly the best lobster dinner I've ever prepared.

    My father just used a chicken lobster for the stuffing. He wasn't a fan of scallops. And he used weights for the tails. I always got excited when I saw the weight tin come out.

    Made this twice and will be making again this weekend. It is fantastic. Not too hard to guestimate the proportions by pausing the video a few times along the way. Recipe seems to have been pulled off the Stonehurst web site.

    While I'm an avid lobster lover and treat myself every so often - am I the only one who's heart is broken at the barbaric way this poor lobster got ripped apart while alive? For some reason it just made me feel so sad ....

      They edited out him slicing through the lobster. He kills it with a puncture to the brain. It's just edited out

    Please. It's a MYTH that you must butcher a live lobster. Just put them in your freezer for 15-20 minutes. They'll go 'to sleep' and you won't sacrifice ANY flavor.
