Probably the most chilling moment in the Genocide run is the papyrus fight, where you kill him in only one hit, leaving his head disembodied. You attack again, and his face disintegrates into chalk.

That isn't the most obscure fact, but what's interesting is that there's actually a similar bit of unused text in the files that says "I'VE BEEN YOU, I KNOW YOU, YOUR FACADE IS A SCAM".

We don't know what it means, but I guess it's supposed to mean that it's from Gaster's perspective, which in the recent tweets, shows that he really wants to get out of someplace before he "has a word to sell and a story to tell."

Ruler of Everything lyric jokes aside, I think it's really sick how this rip represents a playthrough of Undertale, and manages to fit that representation into Ruler of Everything itself
The rip starts with Once Upon a Time and Last Goodbye before going to Can You Really Call This A Hotel, which features the elevator's sound effects and CORE Approach, and from there, it transitions to CORE itself. CORE is followed up by Flowey's laugh (clever way to replace the laugh of the original song), and then ASGORE is used for the rip. Now, this transition is very well done, you can hear the attack sound effect followed by the sound of a Monster's face disintegrating into chalk at 1:59, before the rip turns into Your Best Nightmare, referencing the actual end of a Neutral Route. (It's also sick how Your Best Nightmare is used for the "flibbity jibbity jibber jabber" section of Ruler of Everything.) After the sound of Photoshop Flowey being attacked plays at 2:44, the rip ends off with Hopes and Dreams, fulfilling the "True Pacifist Version" part of the title
It's sick how this rip is _(kind of)_ a parallel to the "Once Upon a Time (Genocide Mix)" rip that was uploaded back in February, even featuring Special Thanks to Toby in the description instead of Special Apologies, can't wait for the "Once Upon a Time (Neutral Mix)" mega arrangement to end up being a thing
