I'm not sure why everyone is bagging Foster. He was completely sold down the river by his defence and midfield in both the MK and this game. Maybe a slight question about the second goal, but Austin had left his defender, so 50/50 at best. As for the other 4, I don't see a keeping error. Lots of people really don't know much about goalkeeping.
Yep O'Connell Again got torched 3 of the 5 Goals today. but Middle and Right Mid is getting smoked as well. We need Mclean and Young in there and Forde. And take out O'Conell FFS and pput in Cleworth he was great agaisnt Wigan. Game we looked most complete was against Wimbolden.
For me the blame lies with the whole team. There seems to be a good percentage of the game we seem to have consecutive brain farts. I think it's because we are so used to winning or being on a high or something we get stunned.
I hate to be a hater after that crazy comeback, but wenever should have had to be in that position. It shows our grit and determination and Happy Jones scored 2. But 3 of their Goals especially the First 2. They came right thru our right side and middle, Swindon absolutely ran us all game down right and middle. Barnett looked like he was standing still at times, jones horrible passing, and cutting off lanes, and on Offense not driving play and attacking, and O'Connell geez burned again 3 of their 5 goals. McLean must be hurt cause I just cant see how Parky doesnt have him and Young in the Mid. And Forde looking solid so far this season but understand giving him a breather today. But we are to Predictable MK ran us the same way but Down the Left and Middle. And in the Offense. Long ball up front To Palmer who gets closed in on by 3 peeps everytime and can get it down but thats about it, and Lee is still coming up becasue he had to backtrack and cover the rest of midfield who get walked, and there is just a huge gap in the middle and opponent get ball and drives us. There is no attacking drive pushing teams back. The only real game that happened was Wigan so Far and parts of Wimbeldon game. We are not scaring or pushing anyone around by driving play.
You seem uneducated if you believe this falls on the keeper. The defenders were terrible. The goalie is the last line of defense. But not THE only line of defense.
