I am a Bharatiya living in France for scientific research and I am keen on observing your perspectives on the situation here. I miss India. Jai Hind. Edit: answers to questions below:
Am I converted? No I was born Human and still a Human, I don’t know otherwise atleast on planet Earth. My love and belonging to my Indian culture is dictated by my countries constitution and heritage of 1000s of years, none can state otherwise, my Indian government and constitution gives me this right.
Why not in live India for science? Well indeed science and scientists are not restricted by borders, as science works for betterment of whole of humanity (not a particular religion or race). A discovery made in India or outside will reach each and every country sooner or later (E.g. the phone or computer you are using, was made mostly made by scientific research outside in and outside India decades before) And although, large institutions like ISRO and some Agricultural Industries are well funded for scientific research in India, which benefits our economy, such as foreign countries buying their seevices, other expert fields like Medicine and Biotechnology Research is not so well established nor funded in India, so we mostly buy technologies from outside of India. The goal of a scientist and any person seeking knowledge shall be to seek wisdom, attain skills and then produce knowledge. It shall not be bound by borders. Although things are improving in India, the infrastructure and technologies needed for advanced scientific research in my field of work are still very restricted in our country. Although, that doesn’t mean Indian scientists abroad are not worth it, in fact most of NRI scientists are doing great work and making a name for our country worldwide, and hope that in future at least for me, I return to India after learning advance science and help build the technologies of my own country. This can be considered as soft technology transfer.
Value of NRIs? A great percentage of GDP of our economy gets foreign remittances as NRIs and OCIs contribute to Indian economy and thus the development of infrastructure and institutions of India. In fact India is among the largest percentage in these terms including foreign direct investments. India exports knowledge as qualified individuals worldwide, and it shall be cherished. Rather than questioning their contributions. The question personally shall be rather what have I done, or what can I do for betterment of my society, my country, my planet, my life and people around me, not divided by color or religion, but rather the spirit of our ancients knowledge of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
Good luck to everyone. Bharat mata ki jai. 🇮🇳🙏🏽

I think one of the major reforms needed are
    1. caste reservation system (which is weakening, degrading development & innovation, irrespective of talented people by marks )
    2. Gender equality (male or female should be treated equal as a human and opportunities irrespective of wealth , other criteria,(rather than emphasizing women empowerment ).

even in india the issue on pension scheme is very much prevailing, a lot of states have shifted or are willing to shift to the old pension scheme which has proved to be a burden on the state revenues wherein more than 50% of the revenues are spent on pensions and little to no capital remains for other developments, i would really appreciate if you make a video comparing the OPS(old pension scheme) and NPS( national pension scheme) to make things more clear for everybody.

As a person working and staying in France i would like to add that the protest and demostration have been widespread and even train service were cancelled at times because people were on strike.... Some labour organisation even tried covering up the wages for the labours for which they took leave for the strikes.... I would like to say that there was partially a mistake done by thr Govt. because they passed the law without much discussion being afraid that it would not be approved by the house.... Thats were all this began.....

Hi, thank you for this informative video. I think you could have added a point about immigration policies- which is also what’s lacking in France. One of the major reasons why European countries like Germany and France are slowing down is due to an age in g population. Moreover they have language barriers too, due to which accessibility becomes an issue and secondly visa sponsorship laws in France are super cumbersome. Germany is gradually opening up and acting fast, but I think it’s an important point that the government should focus on, and could have also been pointed out in the solutions segment of the video. Otherwise, loved the editing and story telling! Kudos to you both!
