The reliable incredible Big Green Egg

I show the difference in temperature between the BGE thermometer and the the actual temp on the deck and just a shout out to my Big Green Egg... which is a cooking machine... it rocks a temp and never fails to do so... nothing like it when it comes to natural wood briquettes or charcoal for oven like control and consistency....I love what it does to salmon... pronounced...Sal-mon... or at least here in the South...lol... it'll do justice to a chicken too... among many other items...imho
