Enjoyed watching this video. I am a firm believer in routines, makes it easier/sane for everyone. I watched your TV interviews last year (probably in Feb/March), and I learnt great insights. My baby was born in April, we tried creating a routine and while I looked like a crazy FTM initially, it was the best decision ever. It helps everyone at home plan their time/work.
