    Curiosity Ping Pong - super brill! Thanks Chad :)

      It's a simple, but extremely excellent one. With the right framing, it can become a great way to explore the groups' expertise or knowledge on a particular topic too.

      Since publishing this video, I have made it a staple in nearly 100% of my workshops and gatherings with clients. It's so powerful! It can be used to brilliantly discuss content/topics as well. When the prompt is something like: type a tip you have for the group into the chat. Then invite questions based on that. It is like a gold mine of collaborative learning 👍👍 Thanks for taking the time to comment, Jess. Fun to think with you briefly today.

      Thanks, Vicki! Use without intention often creates waste! Intention is the invisible ingredient that allows everything to come together, ay? Thanks for commenting.

      They are both fun and extremely effective at moving folks toward connection. My new goal in any virtual session is to have people forget they are on Zoom by the end of the session 👍👍

      It has become a new favorite, Christine! I've actually done it on every session I've led for the last few weeks which is several thousand people. It hasn't failed me once! Simply giving people "strategic permission" to come off mute and be themselves and follow their curiosity adds a whole new life to a remote gathering.

    How do you respond to a comment that at work and with peers at work, you need not bond like pals...you do need to know at personal level a person (as your questions are quite personal levels)? Work peers are just professional connections? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    • @chad.littlefield
      @chad.littlefield  Před 3 lety +1

      My favorite feature of questions is that everyone has 100% choice and autonomy in HOW they answer the question. So I always remind people that they can choose to share as much or as little as they would like to. Or they can answer a question in a work context instead of a personal context. All of the questions in the We! Connect Card deck can be changed by simply adding the phrase "at work" to the end of a question. Now all the "personal" questions because professional questions.

      Unrelated question - I was wondering if you had any tips for "participants" in dead boring zoom meetings to help change the vibe of the "room" when you can tell that people have tuned out, to help make it more efficient or at least to wake up people! (Are you Zooming in or tuning out of your meetings at work? Haha! ).
