- 120 minute rule, apply it every day - after waking up at 5:00 am or coming back from school/coaching, not to use mobile phone, basically to not get DIS-TRACT (DIS TRACK).. to be on track
- 21 minutes to refocus after distracted.. so dont get distracted
- Be very very veryyy hard to reach - think of yourself as VVIP, like *I* am the future.. get immense self respect, but the right kind of self respect
- Only 1 aim should be there, only 1. Dont make many aims.. Make 1 aim at one point of time.. in 11th and 12th grade to crack jee, and after that something different and etc.
- Health is wealth, HEALTH - the most imp thing in life - Diet, Sleep(7-8hrs, not more, not less) and exercise
- Attitude!!!
