Would Koharu be a good replacement for Kokona? I don't have her I think EDIT: Also, when I tried using a full team for the first one, I can't seem to get anymore scarecrows to heal. Am I overhealing them if that's possible?
Just tested Koharu for team 1 and full team and it's clearable but harder since Koharu healing is weaker then single target healers. Full team: Iori, Koharu, Shun, T.Yuuka, Kotama, Karin. With 40 seconds remaining That's odd about the scarecrow there should be 3 total. Try reducing the team size to 5 or less? I'm not too sure about this one. Edit: if the defense debuff is on the enemy it should be fine but the scarecrow shouldn't die until you clear the wave
There's a bug that causes the scarecrow to disappear if they end up in the fire left behind by enemies. Happens especially if you use characters that push enemies like Hoshino
I just defaulted to 1 tank, dps and healer to show it's easily clearable. But if you use full teams you're right and probably don't need tanks to clear
Adding members should make it easier since it will also speed up cost recovery. Have your healer and dps as initial skill. I added other dps or low cost skill to cycle back to healer and main dps but you should have enough time

@DodocoArchive yeah, I had her for team 3 and her auto heal was annoying too work with since it would heal with the debuff
Yep pretty annoying I had to heal my team once to prevent them from dying haha

Why you use Tsubaki if you can use neru or another front line DPS student?
