All the father has to do is petition the court for a DNA test to prove paternity and if his and ICE’s DNA returns a positive match, with that info the dad can make an application to the court for paternal custody, which most likely will be granted after he serves his charges and will be tested regularly

This not real you no why people at these facilities don’t give you no information on a inmate it’s a security risk like really. They will tell you the inmate has to give you the information on their situation. I seen people with very serious charges and immigration put a hold on them her case is lightweight as long as she has a lawyer she can get that thrown out she ain’t kill nobody.

The baby is an American citizen, the baby is staying right here. Baby Ice might save Ivany from getting deported, America don't like separating kids from their parents, but Ivany is in so much trouble with the law, who knows what will happen, I guess we will have to wait and see.
