Love this stand-up. His best, IMO.
To be fair though, that boy he talks about - who was 12 at the time of the death - was 180 pounds and killed a 6 year-old girl by repeatedly beating her with "wrestling moves". She had a fractured skull, a lacerated liver, internal hemorrhaging, broken ribs...etc. He punched and kicked her until and after she was dead. Not quite as simplistic as Dave uses to make his case. Just sayin.
Just a slight correction that he was 12 when the death occurred, 15 when he was finally tried, and 16 when he was sentenced to life in prison.
