there's just something about her that is so haunting and intoxicating. and she has a very calming presence.

Her response when they told her Kanye used the same type of sounds in his album... In these times, as it happens so often, you would maybe have the impression that an artist who hears something like that may get a little irked... Lana's response right there just changed my entire world. The grace with which she answered... and the fact that she literally only sees his using a similar sound as something awesome and that she has in common with him is the most pure and beautiful thing I have seen from her. I truly respect her so much for that alone if not already for everything that she has done in the spectrum of her life and art. She is a real goddess.

I loved this interview, I wish every journalist would be as respectful as these guys. This is what fans want to hear about, her music, her inspiration, how she writes. You can see how much thought she puts into her music and that's what interviewers should focus on. I love Lana so much...hopefully there'll be more interviews like this one!!

Finally an interview with real, smart and meaningful questions. And because of these we got to know more about her and the way she relates to music. I was kind of desperate with her interviews - always the same answers because people/journalists/critics would always ask the same questions.. so Thank you! + she seems passionate about her art.
