Nobody was saying this about Helenius before he beat Kownacki. The truth is that Kownacki just wasn't that good. He was always destined to get his clock cleaned with his non existent defense, and Helenius just happened to be the one to do it. Helenius hits decently hard, but his defense is average and so is his chin.

During his reign as champion he was around this weight last 3 fights with Ortiz and fury are the outliers he was in the 230's and you can clearly see him gassing out in the later rounds, he is over 15 pounds lighter for this then he was for fury 3
