Wow im shocked about the 4 piston brembos but smaller wheels guess that is the explanation.
Yes it's the only setup that allows the 18" rims qoth 315 wide drag radials with taller tire side walls for the 3ft wheelie and stronger launches off the line. It does still brake Harper than a 2017 Viper ACR per Dodge because of the added grip from tires when breaking hard.
I’d really like to know why they did not give that a six speed or seven speed transmission that would be a beautiful thing standard
I would have ordered it like that but yea it was never an option for Demons or Superstocks because of the more aggressive tread pattern and HO Demon engines required the Demon 8 speed transmission and 3.09 Demon rear diff for the fastest 0-60. I did buy my 850hp Viper tho because I had the same thoughts "I'd love that power but still hand shaker"!!

Thank you it is a dream come true for me! (Alot of hard work tho lol) You absolutely should buy 1 in F8 Green before they sell out nationwide. I had this one specialty ordered in F8 Green and it took Dodges factory over 1 year 4 Mos to build this Superstock for me because of Paint and sold out options like red seat belts ect. They are appreciating in value daily. I would drive it on weekends but this car is SO RARE 1 of 1 with these options and has 2018 Demon 315 nitto drags that aren't made anymore so I'm waiting for construction of new houses to complete in my neighborhood before I may consider driving it short distance and back. I can't risk a single nail but it's ok I've already put a few hundred miles on my 850hp Viper (I had to since i couldn't drive this) and I also drive the widebody charger hellcat occasionally too. If you don't find what your looking for call me I manage one of the largest SRT Dodge dealers in the country. Aventura CJDR but I just don't have any F8 green left ☹️

EPA forced them to stop. Penalties to build them exceeded profits 📈 So I decided years ago to do this in preparation of the end of the muscle car era.
I had a superstock and then got a demon. Even though Dodge detuned the superstock, a couple of RRM. My demon without race fell is more responsive at the petal. The only drawback is getting 315 18 40 tires...but I have the crate.
That's really cool. I ordered a 2023 Superstock as a way to order a brand new 2018 Demon. Of course It would still need the 840hp race tune which can now be purchased under warranty through Direct Connections it brings a even larger air intake to match the demon and race tune ecu. Still the 18 Demon us a drool worthy car and I love them.

@5:58 Not sure you are correct on any Dodge Challenger trim having a magnetic suspension. You are confusing a Challenger with the Magnetic Ride Control on certain Camaro SS and ZL1 models and on certain Ford Mustang GT and Shelby GT500 model trims.
SRTs have adaptive suspension that changes up to 1000 times per second depending on actual road conditions but has 3 modes of firmness to select from during custom SRT Performance settings. Yes you are correct magnetic belongs to GM.

@landonwiliams1519 Thank you!! I ordered it January of 2022 in anticipation of the end.. it really is sad but I bought it to preserve such an amazing rare jewel. I've still never driven it even once. I did just buy a 2024 Durango Hellcat which marks the last year for the Durango Hellcat as well but I'll be daily driving that one. Also preserving a 2023 Charger King Datytona woth 47 miles 1 of 300 made and when I feel like beating on a muscle car I take it out on my 850hp Viper to ease the pain and resist the temptation of driving the super stock or king daytona lol

It is so sad ro see a car like that bought to not drive it, it just breaks my heart. It’s like getting married and not havong sex just saving her dfr the next guy that wants to be with her. If you don’t have a museum where more people can see it, what’s the point? You just made a video for posterity that will always be there, why not enjoy it. Having a Super Stock for a daily driver sounds a lot more fun. Beautiful car by the way.
I would love to drive it. I bought it to drive it. I built a new construction house alot of construction still going on nails in the road. I don't want to risk getting a nail in the 315 nitto drags that aren't produced anymore at all! Once construction finishes soon I'll be driving it on weekends. My daily driver is my Durango 392 she sees alot of miles. The weekend cars share days off to stretch their legs 😁

If I ever decided to drive it I might. I've never driven it tho even once so decided to keep it the exact way it came from the factory plastic and all from factory. I had it flat bedded to my house so I wouldn't drive it.

Yes so does the 2018 Dodge Demon and Demon 170 but with a purpose. They have 4 piston brembo brakes up front vs 6 Pistons brembos on all hellcat and redeye trims. The reason is the Demon/ Superstock set-up requires taller sidewalls for the weight shifting suspension which throws weight to the rear allowing maximum squat and tire wrinkle during launch control which creates the 3ft wheelie and insane 0-60 1/4 mile times using the nitto drag radial 315(tire width)/40(tirehieght)/18(rim size). The tire height allows squat and tire wrinkle which gets mounted to 18inch rims instead of 20inch rims like a hellcat which means 4 piston brembos are needed to fit the set up. BUT When Tim kiniskus was asked of the dodge demon and superstocks 4 piston brembos were a disadvantage over 6 piston hellcats. His response was "The 4 piston brembos along woth the nitto drag radials 315/40/18 setup from the Demons actually brakes HARDER than a 2017 VIPER ACR and corners around a track faster than a hellcat widebody REDEYE fitted with the 6 piston brembos all thanks to the added grip the the nitto 315 drag radials!

Dodge demon is more rare only 3000 for us and 300 for canda also super stock was made in 2020 2021 2022 and 2023 also its called Dodge Challenger SRT SuperStock😂
Rarer from a production stand point. 3300 Demons made for 2018 yes 300 for Canada and 3300 demon 170s made for 2023. Only 190 Super Stocks were built in 2020, 559 in 2021, 571 in 2022, and approximately 207 will be built in 2023, for a total of 1,527 cars over a production run of four years for the Superstock which makes them rarer than Demons.

Lol no way sorry. 14miles on my Superstock 1 of 244 made in the world I'm preserving it with all Pre-Delivery-Inspection shipping plastics and items still on it. I did take it off my widebody Charger hellcat but it actually protects the front bumper.
Its barely worth sticker at this point. Bring it out in 50 years and you'd have something.
The 2023 lastcall superstocks are worth 170k+ I sold 2 for last call superstocks 180k+ still because of their low production only 244 made total for 2023 final year and 2018 Demon drag suspension tires engine setup. But agreed in 50 years will be worth mega money.
At least take it off and paint it mat black if you want to keep it on.
That sounds like a cool idea but I wouldn't want to change anything from the way it came off the factory line since it's a collectible rare spec. I was able to maintain even the factory plastic still.
WTF? The redeye 797, the jailbreak redeye 807, the superstock and the Demon are all diff. Models. That is clearly a super stock.
When the Jail break was 1st released in 2022 all Jailbreaks were REDEYES at 797hp. 2023 it was changed where you could get a Jailbreak 717hp or a jailbreak redeye 807hp(bumped in hp for 2023). The Super stock built in ultra low quantity 244 for 2023 only comes with a redeye/Demon Engine producing the 807hp along with Demon weight shifting suspension for the 3ft wheelie during launch control, Demon 315 drag nitto radials 4 piston brembos instead of 6 piston to accommodate the larger drags. Only difference is the Demon came with the race ecu in the crate which brought hp from 808 to 840hp using race fuel. Now Superstocks can also bump to 840Hp with the same race tune ecu from Direct Connections.
@eliteautomotiveexperience I respectfully disagree. You need to check those specs. Superstock has been available since 2020. Redeye 797 was available in 2022. The jailbreak 807 HP was an option on Redeye. They aren't all JBs. Same for 2023. Redeye is available at 797 or JB at 807 as an option. All Hellcats are JBs for 2023 at 717. The Superstock is based on the same 6.2 Supercharged motor as Redeye and jailbreak 807, which has diff. Internals than the 6.2 SC Hellcat 717. The Demon, which was only available in 2018, has a different 6.2 motor altogether. The new 2023 Demon 170 also has a completely different motor at 1050 HP.
@fastlyf98 Yes the Super stock has been available since 2020 correct. I was just stating the production number for the last year of the super stock. You are almost correct the reason is for 2023 only Jailbreak 717hp, Jailbreak redeye 807hp and Superstock 807hp existed which does contain the 2018 dodge demon 6.2L HO Engine with the same 2.7L supercharger everything is identical including block heads ect on the 807hp just missing the race tune ecu for the 840hp and race fuel this is confirmed by Dodge I've been a Dodge Exec since 2015. What you are saying is true but only for the year 2022. In 2023 there was no longer a standalone 797hp Redeye that stopped existing in the ordering banks.
Agree to disagree on the end of the muscle car era opinion. Electric cars are unsustainable, and oil is "actually" Earth's most renewable resource. Muscle cars will always exist. Especially the classics. And Rat Rods have yet to make their complete impact on the planet. Once in a lifetime opportunity you got there. Oh yea of course I would LOVE to drive my superstock but yes it is for the best I have to do my part preserving this rare icon with what a insane opportunity is on my hands with this 1 of 1 build the car is irreplaceable. I do agree muscle cars will live on forever thanks to muscle car enthusiasts snagging classics, hot rods and cars like these in the future used and still preserving them to the best of there ability while enjoying them! I just don't agree with the strict EPA regulations forcing the production or further engineering of high powered muscle cars in their purest form V8 Supercharged or V10 Vipers for example even Lamborghini and Ferrari were forced sadly to go hybrid and smaller 6 cylinder engines which....erodes the entire experience those cars and muscle cars were meant to give! The experience of a Super charged V8 or V10 can't be replaced by batteries.

The last 2023 Super stock similar spec that ran through Mecum sold for 165k..it's already appreciated in value and is rarer than a Demon from a low production stand point. Regardless I like the car and decided to preserve it because I have a 1 of 1 rare spec super stock confirmed by Dodge this is the only 1 in the world specd like this for 2023. I'm already a multi-millionaire. I preserving it because they aren't being made anymore so enjoy your frozen Tesla popsicle stick or Nissan leaf and stop hating? I'm not sure what your issue is? Of course I know black valve covers indicate redeye vs orange hellcat but tell people that and see how many people know what a valve cover is?? Belt is easier indicator for most then check valve covers for those mechanically inclined. Also the block is red on redeyes and orange on hellcats even yellow on demon 170s most won't know what a block is.. I've been with Dodge since 2015 and you don't trip into becoming a millionaire fyi.
