Amy Lee, you were by far my late wife's (mother of my four children) favorite vocalist. It's been a bit more than 9 years since she died. I cannot tell you how beautiful it was to hear you again. Better than ever. I will definitely be playing your music at her final burial in a couple weeks. In tribute to how much she loved your music.

Sure. Try and find a method for music theory, it always helps at the beginning. Learn the notes and their names, there are 8 notes so it shouldn't be a lot of work. Learn what is a chromatic scale and a diatonic scale.
Start playing one Octave diatonic scale on your instrument and associate the notes with your left hand position as a first step. Try playing also chromatic scales. Repeat and play different scales if you can.
The more you repeat the faster your visual and muscle memories will learn play the notes and your sensation will develop and help you get the right notes easier.
Take some time at the beginning to learn properly the notes and the positions you play them on the instrument. You will save yourself a lot of energy later and prevent you from playing and learning wrong things. I hope I could help. Let me know if you have more questions!
