Thank you Pastor Ken, of all the sermons I heard on depression, this is the best so far, your sermon speaks to me much on the grace and compassion of God and also warns on the trap of self sufficiency of men that leads to despair, shalom

Thanks for sharing Keri. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God's grace will be sufficient for you. Please know that you can always call a friend or talk to a skilled counsellor any time you need to. Don't feel you are alone. I'm glad you are not isolating yourself. This is so important. There are many who love you dearly so please stay connected with others. Blessings

      I know it’s been 7 mos but I hope you’re well & ur husband.
I understand too well your feelings. I pray for you. I have been dealing with severe depression for 5 yrs since my mother passed. I think I’m both chemically Imbalanced (as I have always had some level of functional depression because of some events from my childhood) but also from my perception as well. Just as in this sermon, it took soooo bloody long to become open to let Jesus help me. I still battle and I still isolate but the good days give me hope. Reading others stories helps me know I’m not alone. You are not alone in your feelings. I pray for you.
