Awww! When we moved out of our first home, I definitely got choked up while doing the last walk through. I came downstairs, and my husband was waiting for me, and I just LOST IT! You definitely have a flood a memories that goes through your mind...bringing babies home, bath time, etc....Love your videos!

It is hard to leave a house with such special memories We moved far away then many years later moved back it was never the same the happiest time in my life was the house we first left behind whenever I am in that area I pass by the house and miss those wonderful time time gone will never be the same

We sold our home 3 years ago and although I love the house we are in now, I still miss my little house in the woods. It just becomes a sweet memory. You are in for some wonderful adventures!! ❤
I think the living room looks SO much better with the round table moved. It blocked the walkway. It looks more spacious and the other furniture moved looks good too.

Oh it's so bittersweet leaving a home full of memories. We moved 4 times in a 3 year period, those were easier than when we moved after living in our home for 15 years. Its exciting too, knowing new memories are around the corner.

Congratulations! I cried like a baby when we left our old house. We left things for them that they really loved and we didn't really need. They were not local to the area so I made a booklet for them with restaurants, stores, doctors we used, all of our repair people, landscaper, paint colors..... just everything we could think of. We left all of our beautiful hanging baskets on our wrap around porch. I'm much like you. We left a bottle of champagne and walked out. I know how emotional it was for you. We went into a rental for a whole year. Then finally into our new home. I love how cozy the cabin is and can't wait to see how beautiful you will decorate it for Christmas! So very happy for you guys with being able to sell the house, all you did for the new owners (not everyone is as considerate) and showing us your "in between" home. It's so important to make your house a home. . .I did buy that Hoover vacuum on your suggestion and when I ordered it a few months ago, there was also an option to add the handheld vacuum for just a little bit more and both make me so happy!! Saying goodbye is the saddest part of all. We lived in my husband's home place for 16 + years and then we built our forever home. I brought 3 babies home there and although I was super excited my momma's heart hurt. Take your time, remember all the sweet memories and enjoy your new home when you finally move in.
