i love this condo so muchhh đ„șđ„ș one of my dreams!!! to live alone in one of the upper floors of a condo with a view đ you inspire me Jess!
I love how details, design and well built the house is. Ang cozy...
Thank you for touring us Jessica. Ganda ng condo mo..
#Roadto1Msubs. Letzzgo Jessica lee!!!
Jessica is a Queen! Go Girl! the SKy is the limit!
Your Room is such a vibe and aesthetic. I love itđ
Great tour. Thank you... I was just thinking, if you could find the right size board (wood, formica, plexiglass, or even foam workout pad), you could install it over the bottom part of that dining room mirror so there won't be a problem with people leaning against it. Just a thought :)
hi jes, i just wanted you to know that you are doing good and we are so proud of you. thank you for making your fans happy including me from the very first start of your youtube career. you inspired many people like me. hwaiting! đ
Finally! The room tour we've been waiting. âš So proud of you Jess! Subscriber since less than 20k community. We are on our way to 1M đ So kilig.
The stove doesn't look like an induction stove. It looks like just a normal electric stove. And if it's an induction stove, then it should heat up pretty quickly. A normal electric stove that is not induction would really take a while to heat up, and it uses more electricity. I remember the first time I switched from a normal gas stove to an induction stove, I was surprised on how fast it heats up. Boiling water was much faster.
this is all we needđ after a tiring day
Donât rush jesica! Weâll enjoy every step of this condo makeover. Excited to see how you make this space your own! âšâš
Everything about you is so lovable Jessica., minimalist, introvert, plantita, calm, delicate., korean outside but pinay inside â€ïžđđčđ
I personally like that it's not yet complete because we get to hear your vision on what you want placed or what you want to get and such. It's just nice to see the house itself as well. Thank you ate Jessica!
been planning to also live on my own, I am also considering a furnished one rather than bare
I like how spacious the unit you've got, I think that's quite pricey, because most 1BR units now are just 30sqm or less but the price is already costly so how much more if it's >30sqm
Love the whole layout of your room, how neutral the color of your room is, and how the light reflects from it, it's so calming to the eyes!! đ» Plus, 5:08 yeeees, you should!! I love food as you do and cooking too! medyo time-consuming nga lang but we make time for things we love, right? HAHA! so, If you have time, I happily recommend that spend most of your time there instead of just using an air fryer, kettle, and microwave only. Even though Good restaurants and deliveries are everywhere and more convenient. Try to learn how to cook your own favorite food, and learn to prepare some foods that you enjoy and that, ideally, are somewhat nutritious. You can also try learning new cuisines, and there's no fear or embarrassment even if you mess up.đlove your Kitchen too, btw! it's easy to move around while cooking haha 𫶠Wishing you all the Best always and Congratulations, Jessicaaa!! :)
I love the interior design of your condo, it's just it's simple and aesthetic. Anyways, maybe you can visit here in Cebu where you can find rich cultures and traditions. Stay safe!!!
I love everything in your condo ate Jessica, the details/design everything đ€§đ
This is no induction, otherwise it would not take so long to heat up.. This is a very very oldschool one. What people used before Ceran and Induction
Keep safe. A magnitude 7.3 just hit northern Luzon, so I hope you are safe and sound.
Intensity 4 in manila
I hope you are too!
7.3? Dude, are you some kind of psychic? đđđ
Congratulations! đđ„ł Such a beautiful home!
You can change the curtains in the bedroom to a denser one to help with the sound-proofing :) It will also help with "problem" regarding you can still see the living from the bedroom :)
Congrats Jessica more blessings to come
I love the design of the condo...it's so classy and feels like expensive đ
The opening spiel just reminded me how u are the cutest!
I love and am grateful for witnessing ate Jessica's growth throughout the years. She gives me so much inspiration and motivation in life, especially in the topic of being independent. In fact, she helped me get back on track when i was lost in 2020. I came across to one of her videos before and it changed the way how I approach things now. So, thank you ate Jessica âš
It is truly my honor that Iâm your source of inspiration! When in fact my inspirations are you guys. Thank you for the heartfelt message. đ
Right!?, I realised that when she was talking in the kitchen area. She grew up a lot from just a few years ago
â@@jessicaleeseul so nice condo Ma'am Jessica at chaka solid fans mo aq idol na idol kita lage aq nanood sa vlog mođđđ
Your house is so beautiful and modern. Thank you for letting us see your new house!. Ingat ka always Jess
It's a beautiful condo you have. Many people will envy you. I hope you make use of it for the career path you have chosen, and I wish you happiness!đđ
@Donna Castrello Touche.
Kanina lang 900K Subs. Ngayon 901K na congrats 'te and welcome back sa PH. Namiss ka namin! đđ”đâ„ïž
I hope you are doing well especially on your mental state Jessica. I dunno but the last part of your reaction give me like the hint of something is wrong stuff like that. Please be safe and I hope you to be genuinely happy âșïžâ€ïž.. Btw road to 1M yay âš
Thanks for giving us a view of condo life in metro Manila. This will help me in my Philippines chapter of my life.
Love your place and looks modern. Congrats.
Congratulations Ate Jessica!đđ, Enjoy your stay po!
Congratulations on your new and modern dwelling. I like the color pallet of your new home. Very earth tone and homey. I would inform your landlord about the imperfections you found so that they cannot fault you for it. Condos are not allowed to have gas stoves anymore because it can cause fire. Meaning the gas can create explosion if there's a leak or left on when not lit. There were incidents in the past so it's the new law. Love the balcony which is a nice place to relax and read a book. What you need is to have a diffuser to add to your relaxation. đđ Wishing you happiness and more creativity in your humble abode.
It just make sense to get a place similar to your old one. Bec of familiarity. Less adjustment and getting back fast to your routine is always a plus. đ€©â€ïžđ€©
your room tour is so relaxing ate jessica.
Comparing prices and sizes of the condo units both in Seoul and Manila, which is much cheaper and much worth it?
You should've gotten an induction stove, it heats up quickly, faster than a gas range or that, with an electric oven. It will be allowed by the condo.
Nice condo. You can slowly decorate it according to your taste although I find it a simple yet elegant place already.
Happy 900k. congratulations on your new condo. Same feeling about the electric stove that takes a long time to heat upâŠcoz it is not induction stoveâŠmight as well buy an induction cooktop for you to cook efficiently.
I also want to live a condo like that, it just so beautiful, I will live a condo like that soon when I grew up đ„° keep it up Jessica Lee †#Roadto1Msubscribers Let's Go!!!
Goodluck Jessica. May all your dreams come true living here in PH. More power.
Thanks Jessica for showing us tour in your condo house may the good Lord continue bless you and fulfill your dreams come true. Take care always and we love you forever.
Happy 900k ate jessicađđđđ
congrats for having a new home in phil. and regarding ur working table.. u can make something like diy to qdjust the leg rather than buying another one..
Congratulations Jessica! Enjoy Manila! đâŁïž
Holy! Jessica you're almost at a million subs! Congrats, your hard work paid off. I still look back at your manginasal vlog with your fam , I thought at that times you weren't gonna comeback to the Philippines
im looking forward to how you will transform your balcony into a little plantita jungle :)
start with pothos plants, their trailing habit will make a lot of difference.
Good luck to youre new journey in life in the philippines
Iâm actually glad you posted this video! Aside from it being beautiful Iâm excited to send u snacks!!!!!!!! Hahahhaah
900K! Road to 1M subscribers! We're very excited for your journey. We're here to always support you! Fighting!
I want that manually adjustable white table! You have a good eye! I did not see that when I visited Ikea and I stayed there walking for hours. The one I saw was a wide computer table that can be adjusted using a lever priced at 10k pesos. Cheap compared to the motorized ones but for now I want a smaller version. đ
i'm 17 and every since i'm a 14 i always wanted to have my own apartment or condominium (don't even know the differents) haha but this might sound weird but i really like to design my own place and not that i can't design my own room with my parents it's just really hard for me to change things at home cuz my parent doesn't like it when i change things in there house like you know. but one of my dreams are to have my own condo in the Philippines. and to achieve that dream i'm now working (since 15) for my dream HOUSE & CONDO again might sound weird to have a house & condo but at the same time it's cool to have it and also it's just a dream (yet) dreams are free dream when ever you want.
Everyone has their own goals and dreams. It also was my dream when I was 17 to have my own place! :) Dreams could come true. Hoping for yours to too!đ
Your apartment looks more modern than my house. anyways have a great life here in the ph đ”đ
Hi jess if u don't mind me asking, may i know the price for it? Im thinking of buying one for when i decided to go back to the philippines.
It is so nice! I feel like we have the same taste in apartments/house đ I hope in the future, you could update us when you add or complete the stuff that you need. đ Also, hoping for lazy day at home vlog again đ Manifesting âš
Just bit by bit no need to rush, and explore possibilities. The South place is superb, living there feels like as if you're in your home country.
You might consider searching a community on Internet like a forum for foreigners living in the Philippines that can give some advice for you.
11:08 Ayyyyye you got that Yung Pueblo! Hahah all that interior design and I lock onto a book. That said, that tone-on-tone is a nice calming palette, nice for a in-bed reading, also neutral enough to add color-pops if you want to. Have fun decorating your new spot!
Itâs such a cozy and beautiful condo! I love it â€ïž
Life in the Philippines is in many ways, more comfortable than life in Korea. Where in Korea you are one of many employees in a corporate job, in the Philippines, you can become your own boss with the same capital, live in a bigger home, or become someone more prominent based on your talent and foreign features. Definitely not a 1st world country and may never be, but the potential to be "more" is there.
How much is a fully furnished unit?
What is the cost of condos in manilla?
Annyeong, Jessica!!! đ Is it more like a mortgage or a lease? Iâm Filipino, but I have no idea how buying and renting condos go over there.
Where did you get the bed frame?
i love your new place, being independent make you more wise on making decisions, stay safe always..
hi, just ran into this episode & it's awesome. i'm moving also to the PI next year & my ? is, what website did you look for apt's? costs? area? i'll check out ur channel but i'd love to get a reply. thanx.
Happy 900K!!! More power to you and your Fam.
You can add a rectangular or square low basket for your keys and whatnots on the shoe rack and a simple vase for flowers.
Korean condo too are good mostly in sono hotel
So modern., It's beautiful đ
You could still get your table replaced due to issues for free either the same or any similar table with the same amount (or just pay additional if it's more). You don't need to buy a new table yet if it's still within their replacement or warranty period, just ask first. :) Love your condo interiors!
Wow Jessica, thanks for touring us your condo. For me it's really a very nice home with all the comforts. I must say it' a sign of success.
So cozy.. Love it đ
Thanks for the condo tour. It may not be perfect but it's the best. The place is very homy & lovely.đ
How much is the lease
if your concerned about privacy- just put frosted 3m vinyl stickers (detachable later on if you move out) on the french sliding doors, so you can do without the curtains. for the dining ask your landlord to have it fixed properly. and add back cushions so you wont bang your head on it...
I wish you could compare how much the condo her in the PH differs in the South Korea.
congrats jessica on your new home so nice of you for loving the philippines though a korean your s pinoy at heart. godbless be safe
i wish having a house like that tooâ€â€â€
I love the color of your condo coz it's simple yet elegant.
hi jessica, been following all your vlogs, you work hard for it...you deserve a very nice and cozy place...well maintained place in Manila...worth it having a nice place...simple cozy and very nice preparations and good furnitures....get it at IKEA..if you need more furnitures....hahaha stay safe ...
See you around in Manila and have a wonderful stay here in the Philippines. â€ïž
I just just hope you will also love the climate and the vehicular traffic in the country. Nice condo! - must be an expensive one!
Beautiful place. Good luck to you! Ingat ka dito sa Pinas.
We moved in our condo in 2017, but we are still missing some furniture. Night stand is still missing like yours. Where did you buy those Xiaomi products? That noise from the mirror can be fixed using the 3m command strips stickys without the hooks. I could see your tattoo on your arm. What floor are you in? There was just an earthquake today in Abra and I know since we are on the 27th floor that a small earthquake is felt more on the higher floors
That stove looks like a hot plate electric stove which consumes so much power. Buy an induction stove intead. Easy to use and easy on the power.
Hi Jessica! If you don't mind, may I know which city in Metro Manila your condo is located and how much did you pay for 50sqm? Planning to invest in a condo and 50sqm is perfect for me aswell. Thanks!!
How much is a fully furnished condo?
I think everything is very good for now. Anyway, you are living alone and it's not like you will have guests and visitors all of the time. Who knows if you need to vacate the place for emergency purposes, then you will not have a difficult time dispatching everything. Simple is better. The basic necessities are all there. Love them all! Chugkhae on living by yourself! Take care and stay safe
love your fantastic place being alone such an exciting moreover a very challenging moments in new life my best wishes lots of luck bless you more lovelove
The condo is nice. I know it may take a lot of time and much of a hassle but I do suggest that you should change the bed, couch and the sitting bench on your dining coz' if there are a lot of stains in certain areas... and you never know if these furnitures are clean. Stay safe ate Jessica! â€
Its so pretty i wanna live there.. đ„ș
Happy 900k subs jessica!!đ Huhu more to come!â„ We're close to 1M, YEYYY. Congrats!!!
I love it! Can't wait til you show us once everything is settled. It would be a fun journey for sure. đ€đ€đ€ It's very tiring assembling things and stuff but way too fulfilling when done. Good luck Jessica!
your room is beautiful, hip and modern
Hi Jessica, would it also be possible for you to do a video regarding the difference in the cost of getting your condo in Seoul compared to this new condo in Metro Manila.
@YumYummied I was just curious with the difference in the cost from her apartment in Seoul in particular which she said was a total of 44,000 pesos including all maintenance fees from her video back then, to the cost of this new condo in Metro Manila. I'm just curous with how much the difference is with these 2 condos in particular. I know about the lump sum option in Korea but that wasn't the option she used with her apartment in Seoul.
@YumYummied She made this video below last year breaking down the cost of getting her apartment in Seoul.
czcams.com/video/lRyH7PTPQ3A/video.html
I spend 3 weeks renting a condo in Bicutan Azure condo. The balcony is a waste of space. It's too hot to stand there. And you have to book the swimming pool. (weird concept for me). My apartment was 28 sq m. Basically, unliveable.(too small). Congratulation on your wonderful place
Welkam to your house ate jess. Hope more collaboration CZcamsrs like ate das, ate Kim and dolainab and also ate toni and Alex in da futuređ
what the name of the condo?
Mabuhay ate jess.keep safeâ„ïž
I like how clean and simple your apartment is
I've been waiting for this. Thank you Jessica. Nice condo.đđđđ
