Sir in 4:23 max 500 seat can be there legislative assembly then you mean state can have max 500constituencies by then only that state get 500seats in legislative assenble??if any state has more than 500 constituencies means more than 500seats in that situation legislative assembly can only allow 500seats from more than 500seats in that particular state??
How Legislative send the act to parliament to add that act in constitution who will communicate for this in parliament ?? In parlianent stale legialative assembly members will be there to disscuss on this like CM of that particular state will be there in any of the parliament like (loksabha and rajyabha)???
