DCeased is a six-issue comic book miniseries published by DC Comics from May to October 2019. It was created by writer Tom Taylor and the artistic team including penciler Trevor Hairsine and inker Stefano Guadiano. The story takes place in an alternate Earth, where a corrupted version of the Anti-Life Equation has infected most of Earth's inhabitants with a zombie-like virus. Lois Lane acts as the series' narrator, detailing how the events took place over the course of a few weeks.

Yeah, we got Trigon and an army of Amazos going around, but everyone seems to be forgetting that Infected Darkside is currently laying waste to New Genesis and honestly l don't know how they'll deal with that.
And Superman is inside the sun.

The fact that the already ridiculous power of John Constantine, the staff of Shazam, the power of doctor fate, the cloak of rag man, and the spear of destiny might not be enough to take on trigon should be a testament to his power
Constantine gets all the BEST writing in these elseworld-esque stories. He's my favorite character to watch in this run and in Injustice.
I loved Constantine in earth 2 aswell. He always does the things that he knows everyone will hate him for but he knows its the only way to save everyone and he puts himself through that guilt through that pain. Takes a drink has a smoke and just tries to forget.
This dude needs a beyond omega level. One of those villains that you know when he shows up that's when sh*t gets serious.

I appreciate the fact it took him 15 minutes to clear out Paris, makes him so much cooler than the Amazos flying around the world super man visioning everything.
And it seems kind of cliche. How many times does Paris needs to be destroyed? Paris is always picked on lol.

@@Qardo The Catacombs is famously rumored to be connected directly with the underworld in some Legends/Myths.
And Trigon did burst through the Catacombs. So it only makes sense.
Its lovely because there's a story attached to each death. Like when Trigon shows up in TITANS. People die in different ways. He links to most telepathically, and offers them paradise. The zombies burn or are crushed by the gravity of him. Some are stepped on. Others think they get away; only to realize he can bend reality and space. Not to mention the living people that side with him, start killing themselves.
So we got Trigon, an undead Darkseid, an army of Amazo’s AND a zombie Superman who has absorbed 5 years of solar radiation?
Why does this seem far more dire than most Crisis/War events?
Because this is an else worlds so people can actually die and there can be permanent consequences

Trigon is definitely stronger but full amp Darkseid is gonna put up a fight trust
I dunno how that fight would turn out. One is mindless, holds the power of the Omega Effect, likely has most of New Genesis infected and following behind him, as well as the infected Superman absorbing the sun. Versus the other whose pissed off, and capable of wiping creation from existence... at least from what I'm aware. Trigon vs Unliving Darkseid would definitely end out in Trigon's favor, but there's also, as I said, all of New Genesis, and the infected Superman. The moment the Anti-Life Equation figures out how powerful Trigon is, which will probably take awhile, from its perspective, Trigon is just a really powerful demon. But as I was saying, the moment the Anti-Life Equation figures out how powerful Trigon is, Superman and/or Darkseid is just gonna go charging at him at full strength.
Best Zombie Story ever.

I'm guessing the Archangels and the armies of heaven are going to get involved at some point in order to stop Trigon and Unliving Darkseid. I'm also guessing that the White Lantern will be the final weapon for the Heroes against the Anti Life
@@Strato_Casterrr9898 I wouldn't be disappointed at all if that happened lol. It would be cool to see new heroes and villains become lanterns. Possibly even the emotional spectrum entities like ion or the butcher. Truthfully tho if they went the heaven route i would prefer to see michael since lucifer has gotten way more attention in comic related media.

Recommending Hellblazer “Hard time” and The trench coat brigade.
Actually he may win. Between Dr, Fate's, Shazam's, Ragman's and Deadman's power, I believe he could defeat Trigon. Dr Fate is basically Nigh Omnipotent, combine that with cosmic Awearness, The Power of Zeus, The Spear of Destiny, the Wisdom of Solomon and all those magical souls that the cloak absorbed, plus Constantine's own will and cleverness, the man is basically more powerful than a God.
I love how John literally is using power creep gaming strategy so that he stands a chance.
If i was a writer in DC right now, id be dying to partake in this series since u have all this freedom to write characters in ways they've never been portrayed before

@@johnlawful2272 did I say realistic? The only thing more realistic with marvel is that it has more super heroes that are people, not thematic archetypes(at least when DC isn't trying to be dark). But yeah Tony Stark would probably download all of it into his brain-computer, actually I'm pretty sure that was a story with him purging his memory of dangerous info so Norman Osborne couldn't get it when he was the head of HAMMER.
The realism is the practicality of such a thing. Why wouldn’t the smart guy not use his powers for the obvious means?
This would make a great animation movie.

My guess is going to be trigon and John fighting but eventually darkseid and superman will come and John and trigon will team up. That’s why John got Shazam’s powers to fight supes while trigon fights darkseid.
