It's IP68 which means fully dust proof and somewhat splash/sweat proof (?). So it's not fully waterproof. Take it off for swimming and shower:)

I will say for showers will be fine.
But no for swimming.

@@dank1634 Don't use in shower and swimming pool. It can handle splash and sweat but not more. IP68 doesn't mean fully waterproof.
