Videos like this helps my anxiety and me sleep at night. It’s like when the whole house is sleeping that’s when my mind and imagination is at its peak... fears of pending death doom, and everything bad this helps me focus and relax and eventually I’m sleep 😴

I used to have a cleaning business and only had one contract with a chain of restaurants. They had 23 establishments and my job was to attend each on a monthly basis, clean all the carpets and deep clean all the kitchen floors. This kept me busy enough and provided more than enough money to live on.
The good quality carpets were never changed in the 8 years before I sold the business to retire from that trade, and the carpets looked like brand new right to the end.
Carpet cleaning is a nice job to have, it isn't hard work if you know how to use your chemicals and the money is good.
I'm interested in starting a carpet clean company! I would like to learn from you if that's ok.
@@dishunevans7156 First lesson: Do not rely on ONE contract for your entire business income. That contract drops you and you're out of business.
Mr. Evans I'm not sure what all you know about the business but if I were you I would start off with a good truck mount. Preferably a pro-chem or hydromaster brand. I personally feel like the money is in quality apartment complexes.
I personally prefer complexes because if you know what you're doing the work will never stop. I keep my prices the cheapest in town because that's what gets you in the complexes then after I've done a little work for them I tell the manager that I also do carpet repairs and I'm certified in water restoration. I'm in the south and my good complexes have 5-10 A/c leaks a week in the summer from $400-$1500 each
Also those crb's are big money I charge double the cleaning price.60% of the houses I do opted for it.
If you want to just get by then residential houses are for you but if you want to be wealthy before you're 40 then listen to what I said.

Wow, I cannot believe I am up very late into the wee hours watching. The benefits of a senior who is retired. This cleaning service is awesome. I am hooked on the videos. This is encouraging me to spark up energy and downsize and clean up some hidden corners.

I actually have a mini pig in the house and well, he ain’t easy to clean up after. He’s perfectly housebroken, but he’s a messy eater and my back yard is muddy which comes in in his hooves and that’s not his fault so yes overall they are very clean animals. While he loves a good roll in the mud, he likes his blankets in his pen inside WAY better. He likes baby pools even better than mud. They only roll in mud because they can’t sweat so the mud cools them and stops sunburn. Since we don’t let him roll in mud often we have to put sunscreen on him. He likes to tell us what to do.

I hate carpets!! Holds bacteria and odors....but you did an exceptional job!!
It worked in the ER in the Air Force for 4 years and the homes have tile with cement floors throughout and if you want carpet you have to buy it I'll put it in. We had at least two deaths every year from people that were stupid hit the Slick hard floor and cracked their skull open. About two out of three of them were children. So Carpet can be dirty that is if you don't clean it but if you clean it every year it's actually very clean and you don't crack your skull open when you fall on the floor.

As long as you take care of it, it’s not really any worse than other styles of flooring, but we are moving into a house with hardwood floors and I am dreading it because I currently have amazing cushy carpets because my joints hate me...

Comparing the before and after photos of that 'mancave' carpet -- I think that you did a great job 'salvaging' the carpet in that room! The homeowners had to be really happy how it came out!

Our carpet hasn’t been replaced or professionally cleaned since we moved in or right after.. and we’ve lived at this house for 12 years 😬😬 one room got re done, so we have new carpet in there with a large rug covering most of it, the hardwood floors got replaced, but the upstairs, and the rest of the carpeted places haven’t been replaced. We’ve had pets basically since we moved in... you know where I’m going with this. They’ve had accidents. 4 kids grew up here so it’s a wreck but actually not as bad as this man cave holy moly.

The house we just moved in to had carpets like this in every room except there were also bed bugs. We just tore the carpet straight out because of the bugs , hired professional cleaners for the rest of the house who spent 2 days cleaning and had to throw away some of their gloves because of how disgusting it was. There were still stains left on the walls , baseboard , light switches , and tile grout though. 3 grown men in one house and they apparently never cleaned it.

You can get a carpet degreaser dollar tree has good ones or enzymes ether one is good both are really strong enough to remove heavy stains or oil stains. Use them only for pre spray you need to rinse after
