They should of given you a hard case.. That case is not durable or strong enough to protect the Rog Alloy if you drop it. I can't believe it didn't at least come with a hard case to begin with.
They should have included this case for free. Just like steam case was included for free.

Pretty sure the “stand” actually goes over the screen in the case to give it extra protection.
It doesn't. It can't reach all the way around the ally. This is the worst designed case. I should have gotten the TomToc.

Looks like using as a stand would heat things up blocking the exhaust vents like that.
You can’t really play it in that position. So CZcams with 10w profile is what it is for

Bro, thanks soooo much for letting me know about the steam case. I was about to get it but im not putting pressure on my sticks. I want the offical case but i want a hard shell that i can carry my charger in too. Ill prpvably get the spiegen hard shell

The thing I hate is that there isnt a place for my adapter... 2 hours gaming is short for 24 hours day

Man I have spider man remastered, it runs flawless on 1080p medium setting, probably top 3 games I have right now running smooth as butter on ally.

Send it back for repair if it's damaged.
Pass. Softcase won't protect much if it drops or crushed. Plus the the writing looks tacky on top of it being too expensive

I have one of these cases, and it should have come with the ally. It's a horrible case. I worry about my tgumb stucks when closing it. It's very soft. If you use the stand, it's recirculating the hot exhaust air. If you're getting a case too thin to hold your charger, get the Tomtoc. This case is hot garbage.
$40 for a softcase😅

These cloth cases are sponges and they will absorb water, destroying any hand held pc
