Sinuspinde ng anim na buwan ng Office of the Ombudsman ang alkalde ng bayan ng Silang, Cavite na si Alston Kevin Anarna at kapatid nito na si Nathaniel Anarna.
Kasunod ito ng reklamo ng isang private citizen na maanumalya umano ang pagbili ng mga bulaklak at mga ilaw na ginamit sa isang pagdiriwang sa naturang bayan noong Enero.
