A couple yrs back I was detected varicose veins in one of my testis.I was out of shape, really overweight. I changed my routine and went into the gym... I started heavy lifting, heavy squats, got back in shape. The doctor quoted me about $8,000 to begin with to have it surgical remove, which I couldn't afford. I decided to check myself with a doctor out of the country and he didn't find anything in my testis. My sperm count had increase as well. So if this helps anyone else

All the things which u said in the video I don’t do I don’t smoke, I don’t drink alcohol or coffee, I squat when ever I’m sat on toilet, I’ve have not had constipation since childhood, I have a good diet due to my gym life meaning i reduce my sugars and processed food and try to eat healthy and balanced diet, I take multi vitamins and pro and pre biotics and I have an healthy bmi and theirs no one in family who has Varicocele but I have still got Varicocele. Is there other things I can do to reduce my Varicocele and thanks for your videos they are amazing and very helpful. I just really hate this disease which I’ve got and just tired of it.

So I think I’m kind of sure that there is no mass, blocked renal vein, or nutcracker because my doctor would’ve told me If so. And how would I know if my lymph node is blocking my vein wouldn’t this also come up on ultrasound when they scanned my kidneys? Once again thanks doc.

You mentioned exercise is good. However, I’ve been told by doctors that weight lifting causes further abdominal pressure and should be avoided. So can we not workout?

exercise is overall good for your blood flow, so this does make a great contribution to this problem

Get the surgery. I got it done last week. Initially, 3 days will hurt a lot. Afterward, you're going to be fine.
