I know this isn’t a Q and A video but If pitcher can’t maximize Ankle Eversion does it stem mostly from Bio Mechanics side or Mobility side and if it is mobility how would you attack that to fix it

Whoever started teaching that leg swing finish and recoil needs to stop. Its completely unnecessary and often prevents guys from staying down the target line. Its the first thing i change when guys come to me and positive results are immediate

@@treadathletics So ?? told me nothing...I could care care less about the fielding position. I agree with you guys. I want the guy to throw his best stuff. However, this whole..I am going to stand up through the end of my delivery and spin my body all around because of the "torque", then recoil is all about aesthetics. We have had immediate positive results with command and sink with no sacrifice in velocity. It's ok to criticize some of the new stuff too you know.

We have had improved results with thousands of pitchers without putting any emphasis on landing in a fielding position. There is more to it than just aesthetics and we'll continue to allow our athletes to self-organize at the end of their delivery unless it's wildly out of control
