How I loved seeing the Biba exhibition. ❤️. When I was a young Aussie living in London in 73/74 I loved hanging out in Biba. I bought a brown sparkly vest and foolishly gave it away to a charity shop in the 90’s. Hung onto it for years! It is still something that could be worn today. Also I so love watching you slow stitch. It always slows me down and brings me calm. Ty ❤❤❤
Dianne oh wow how absolutely wonderful, we had a children’s TV program called Blue Peter and I remember seeing it on there and on the News. How wonderful to have actually been there. There fashion did filter through to the High street shops, I remember having some of the white boots with the elastic round the top !

Thanks, Janet - you, too! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside on my back porch, enjoying the beautiful weather for the last two days. Yesterday, while I was outside, I sketched some succulents, from images I found online. I’m planning to add watercolor paint to them tomorrow. 😊

And you truly did find Nemo. Thank you for taking us on the showing. It was amazing. Just wanted you to know that I am doing a little better but I am also on Mega amounts of painkillers. Janet I was sitting here saying to myself ...those are great Janet but I don't have novelty fabric and then you come up with this amazing idea of stamping your own and painting them and Check out the fashion show from Carnaby Street Flo and Jennifer are tres chic ..quite the fashionistas those two are !!!! And those outfits at the fashion display are most definitely a blast from the past how fortunate you had the opportunity to go . What a great idea, I love this. Amazing bag-o-scraps Julia left with you. How fun! I love those edges, I was eyeing up the beautiful iris material's colored numbers edge, so cool. Fabric ACT's- fabulous, Janet! Do you ever bake rhubarb pie? I have clear, happy memories of my grandmother baking rhubarb pie and then making "piggies in blankets" with the leftover dough. Happy creating! 🥰🥰🥰

I do love pie but we do tend to have a crumble with custard. Oh and marmite swirls or jam tarts with the left over pastry. Oh now I want to make pastry 🥮 have a lovely stitchy, Bakey week. 🧵
Everything gets in a,mess ... Lol... It's a creative huddle of mixed crative goodness that takes over the desk, the floor, the room, the house, the shed, the car, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Even my freezer has she stuffs in it, my fridge she's just made, and I have bags, boxes, bins, baskets and heaps everywhere, I love alone so I have no one to keep me in check lol... Even my garden has sticks, stones, lots and bits everywhere for use in crafting. Bags for this and that and other stuff...
Vanessa oh how wonderfully creative. Ben reaching into the freezer pulls out an ice-cream tub for dessert, opens it and realises its a collection of onion skins ready for dying fabric !

We were back at the vet today, he has an upper respiratory, kennel cough or his heart is causing choking cough. Cough sounds like he's an extremely loud goose. We decided to use antibiotics for 2 weeks then if it persist we get X-rays , as the vet said it will save us money and we don't want to put him through more than he needs to be. 🐞🐞🐞
